CCDHR's Advocacy Campaigns are designed at giving a coherent
public voice to significant issues confronting the Cameroonian
society. In carrying out Campaigns, CCDHR will elicit the
support of all Cameroonians and concerned citizens of the world to
join in the effort to make Cameroon a better place for human beings
to live and realize their full potentials. Advocacy Campaigns will
be backed by petitions written to appropriate authorities and
institutions.
CCDHR recognizes that true accountability cannot be
achieved in governance if the people are not given an opportunity to
voice their concerns. Therefore our Campaigns will be the
vehicle through which the public can commit to the actions necessary
to make the changes necessary for public accountability and better
life in Cameroon. The public is also welcomed to make
recommendations on significant public campaigns that CCDHR should
undertake.
The advocacy campaigns below relate to campaigns initiated
by CCDHR as well as campaigns initiated by other organizations that
CCDHR supports. Although campaigns initiated by CCDHR will mostly be
on issues pertinent to Cameroon/Cameroonians, CCDHR will support
campaigns of both national and global impact. Check below to view,
